I wander if the book I just got is worth to reed.

Its a author signed book named: Hitler - Jugend Soziale tatgemeinschaft
written by Erich blohm the 1979 print

I don't know the book, but I found this:

http://www.petrapau.de/16_bundestag/dok/down/1604329_rechte-medien_07_02_12.pdf

"Im Jahr 2006 hat die Bundesprüfstelle für jugendgefährdende Medien (BPjM) folgende drei Schriften, vier Bücher und 100 Tonträger aufgrund von Verherrlichung oder Verharmlosung des Nationalsozialismus und/oder aufgrund von Verherrlichung oder Verharmlosung des Krieges und/oder aufgrund rassistischer Inhalte indiziert."

Translation: In 2006, the Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons, indexed the following three works, four books and 100's recorded music because of glorifying or trivializing Nazism and/or by glorifying or trivializing the war and/or due to racist content.

One of the books were

"Blohm, Erich, Hitler-Jugend – soziale Tatgemeinschaft, Verlag f. Volkstum u. Zeitgeschichtsforschung"

The publisher (Udo Walendy) belongs to the so-called revisionists who deny the crimes of National Socialism in whole or in part. He maintains close contact with the Belgian revisionist organization Vrij Historisch Onderzoek.

well, as it is a signed copy (in german) The man my have or not have a neonazi sympathy, I'm still going to read it

But is the info put in the book worth anything? is it reliable?

I believe that Erich Blohm was a high ranking HJ leader--a Hauptbannführer. His book details the historical "facts" of the time. He is an extreme apologist, but his account is a first-hand account, which makes this invaluable. Also, it is an example of how effective Nazi indoctrination was...
