Any opinions on this?

Hello This photo intrigues me. What is the significance of the black(?) cuff-band with no lettering ? Noticed the regular NSDAP armband.

Here is a picture of the cufftitle Fritz Kröber-Bann granted to Bann 109 (Karlsruhe) Gebiet 21 (Baden). The second picture is Fritz Kröber who was shot in 1925 when he was 17.

Hello This cuff-title was sold as a HJ item. I do not know this model. Have you an opinion?
