me too, but it might be possible.
I owned a guaranteed original DJ brown-shirt with an embroidered patch
like on page 288 of Littlejohn. This patch was not mentioned anywhere.

Very nice piece, which was certainly not official and was made by the glider units themselves.
Of course, this cannot be proven exactly, but that is my guess.
