I have encountered this type of embroidery 3 times on this same badge and I own a BDM "Kletterveste" jacket made in "Belgian" with the same. I showed it to Kevmar (our specialist for Belgium) who confirmed to me that it was exactly the type of clothing produced in small quantities for HJ-Flandern but without guaranteeing it 100%.
