Have you ever come across this organisation Christian? I've had this badge for a few years but have never been able to find out who the Waldläufer were.
Looks interesting, but sorry: No I have never seen this before.
Neither do I remember an organisation called Waldläufer. (I have no idea either what W.C. might stand for.) What came to my mind because of the red and white on the scarf and the (in Germany) rarely used scout hat is Switzerland. The back of the badge looks very clean. Sorry not be more help.
