Help needed ! Please 1dentify a special BDM sleeve patch

I discovered a special sleeve patch in the place were usually the BDM girls wore the medical orderly´s trade badge . But his here is something different. It needs a sahrp eye to identify the patch. Does anybody know what kind of badge it is? Every reply is appreciated.
