Now, I feel pretty good about these items as being real but since I’m literally going through this whole collection I figure why not ask about every piece. So, there is the young fellow’s achievement book, his armband and a couple other patches. My fingers are crossed that these are legit.

All comments are appreciated,
Regards

The cuff is OK, the booklet too!! for more information on the booklet you can ask JACK or Garry for help (if they have time of course). The rune is also OK (general pattern), the Leistung . abz. badge requires a photo of the back. This time, the selection is rather promising!

Oh boy! Yes, things may not be as bad as I thought. I may need to find those Angolia books and start a ref library. How would I go about corresponding with those fellows? I would sure like to research the person in this booklet. The seller said that this whole collection came from the family of this person.
So, here is the back of the Leistung with fingers crossed once again.
Again, thank you!
Regards

The service book is for a Helmut Reismann, originally in the Gefolgschaft 18 of the Bann 28 (Koblenz) in the Moselland Gebiet/area.
The stamp on the photo is somewhat difficult to read, something like Lehrerbildungs(anstalt) Niederlande.
This is also confirmed by the entry on the right: Gefolgschaft 19, L.B.A. (Lehrerbildungsanstalt/Teacher Training Institute) Heer/Infantery b(ei)/near Maastricht.

In other words, a Leistungsbuch with an interesting story.

Thank you Jack! Awesome info!
Here are pics of the book pages with writing. It’s great to put history with this fellow.

That's right Jack. This is indeed LBA Niederlande, Maastricht. The Niederlande LBA is listed on attachment 4 here.

This chap would have worn the following cufftitle:

You can see that he was quite a sporting ace. Good performances for a sixteen-year-old. That's why he was awarded the bronze achievement badge. This is not a rating, but a grading according to age group.
The number is noted in the entry, 304,077, and was also on the back of the badge awarded.

Thanks for the additional info Garry!

Well, based on what I'm seeing, the black patch (shown below) is likely a 1970's fake. Thoughts?

This week has been very emotional for you I think, with good news and bad news but you had the courage to "test" your collection. You can now start off on a good basis.
