HJ Sturmgepack ??

Hello everyone, I have come across this possible HJ "sturmgepack"? Has anyone seen one of these before, was it used by the HJ or any other military organisation? Any info on this will be appreciated. Thanks.

This type of "sturmgepack" was the subject of a thread on the forum some time ago but you have to search to find it. No precise answer was provided if I remember correctly.
I have 2 copies, one in canvas and the other in leather.
