This HJ knife pretty much wraps up the HJ display collection of parts and pieces of which I’m finding many to be fakes. I’m hoping that this knife is not on the fake list when all is said and done. Aside from the RZM marking, there are no words on the blade. My thought is that it may be a later production version, hopefully still within the war years. My fingers are crossed.

All comments are appreciated,

I am not a specialist in this area but the scabbard is good and not repainted as is the dagger. RZM 7/13 is for the manufacturer "Arthur Schuttelhofer und Co, Solingen Wald"

Many thanks once again! Out of all of the pieces in this collection, I hoped that the knife was correct. From what I’ve seen, these knives carry a lot of monetary weight in a small collection.
Thank you,
Regards

Yes indeed. The regulation that removed the motto from the blade was dated 19.8.1938. Existing stocks of motto knives could be sold after that but new knives no longer had the motto.
