Very often they claim that this badge is made of Bronze. Is there anything written in period text that it is fire golded Bronze?

Interesting take, as far as I know they are made out of fire gilded buntmetal . At what ratio, no idea.

Yes, buntmetall is a general German term for copper based alloys. It' s very difficult to say what base metal they used if its not specified in a period reference.

Next problem: the enamel. In the old refererence books they speak from dark bleu enamel. Later articles etc. speak of black enamel. I put them underneath the microscope and look: first picture is from a clearly black DVG Westmark (Lothr) - badge, second picture is from the Führer Sportbadge... What's the opinion?

Very nice addition. Thanks for sharing with us. I agree very dark blue...like the midnight blue tux I wore in college years ago.
