Ost Schlesien Standard Bearer Portrait - Help Identifying Please

Hello all,
I have this wonderful portrait of a standard bearer for Ost Schlesien. Its a really big shame that there is a little marking just where his bann numbers would be. It is clearly just 2 digits which would only allow it to be 22,23,51,62,63. /there is a makers mark below that isnt close to any of these locations. Could anyone help and give me some more insight as to what is going on here. It is marked 1941 on the back.

Why do you think that only the numbers you mentioned are possible?
I read that as a probable 10, and a 19 is not completely out of the question (thanks to the ink blot).
That would be Schweidnitz (10) or Görlitz (19).

Edit: Ah, now I know: you only looked up Oberschlesien...
