Strange RZM tag

This RZM tag (above, the other is a standard one for comparison) leaves me a bit puzzled.

The first impression was: fake, because of the missing counting system. I have never seen that on originals. Moreover, the print is a bit blurred.

If you hold it in your hand and also look at the back, on the other hand, it looks better. Moreover, Wim's book (p. 255) says, from September 1944 the RZM manufacturers were only subject to their own quality controls (also with inferior material, so that it often looked amateurish). I have no idea whether RZM tags were still affixed and whether they were numbered?
The tax letter C fits boards, and the manufacturer held the RZM licence until the end.
