Unidentified pre HJ group

Is there any evidence that this is a group of German boys?
Could they also be from other countries as Spain, Italy ... ?
The boy with the bat seems to wear the HJ-knife or somethin very similar.
There were no boyscout knives made like like these before the HJ-knives.
So this must be after 1933 (if it is not the only known picture of the Eickhorn-knife offered by Wittmann
).
