I noticed this one on another forum. These should have seven rings for attaching to the pole. The clips suggest an early flag perhaps but the corner patch is the later standard type that would not normally be found on a flag without the seven rings. What do you guys think about this flag?

I found these 2 photos on ebay and have never seen regulations pertained to fringe on HJ/DJ flags only on the trumpet banners . The first photo showing the 3 youths was problibly taken during the transitional period as 2 of the boys are wearing black shorts and the third is wearing light brown...

I bought this flag pole without knowing 100% what exactly it was for. The seller said it could have been HJ related. It it made of brass (I suppose) and has names engraved around the ball. It is quite heavy... Does anyone know what I have here? And also what it could be worth?

Sorry I'm new to any forum so I'm hoping I do this right. I have just purchased two HJ flags each marked 8/341 on one side only. If the rings are on the left side, the patch would be behind it, or if you look at the flag with the rings to the right, there would be the patch. Is this normal?
