They are not BDM or JM. They are just old brown shoes. The only shoes that can be legitimately claimed as BDM / JM are those marked with the RZM symbol and which match the description in the 1936 RJF order. The only thing that a seller can claim about pre-1945 brown shoes for girls is that they "could" have been worn by a girl in the youth movement. The DRGM number is not listed at the german patent office so it is likely to be an early (pre-1930) number as a large number of DRGM patents from that period were apparently "lost".

As said by Garry: not for BDM or JM. Laces at the side is not okay.
This does not mean that girls always did wear the sanctioned shoe-form.
Observing photographs one can see, many shoe-forms were worn.
A quick check learned me that in most occasions they did wear what
they had, open shoes, ankle shoes or whatever.

Here the drawing from the early 1934 regulation, the drawing from
"Uniformen der HJ" and a close-up from shoes actually worn in
the style as from the regulation.

The style for shoes for females largely were having the same form with most
organizations. Here the regular forms for females for the German labor service:

Hello,

Yes, there was a prescribed shoe for the girls and as Wilhelm shows, they weren't always worn. Same for the boys of course.
