So now I have got your interest, it is not a Propaganda document for the HJ, but a Propaganda document against the Hitler Youth.
It it printed by the H.M Stationary Office, and must have been printed after Sept 1940 as that date is mentioned.
The oddest/funnest thing is the title. I am surprised they did not refer to them at jolly rotten bounders. The text by contrast is oddly formal. It is almost as if they got a Social Professor to write the text and a public schoolboy to come up with the title.
Oh all right them, just for the sake of strict balance, I have also included some pictures of a Propaganda document for the HJ against "John Bull".
