Bund deutscher Jugendvereine Jungenpass with Von Schirach`s signature? Questions

Why would he sign this identity card? It is not a scrap of paper or festival guide cover, it`s an official BDJ ID.
questions questions questions.... anyone have any plausible reason(s)?

The Bund deutscher Jugendvereine (along with all other protestant youth movements) had been disbanded by 14.3.1935 so... Schirach signs his autograph in the membership book of a defunct christian youth organisation on "Tag der Arbeit" 1935 just a couple of months later?? Well, it could be black humour I suppose but nah, not going for that one.

How is this boy's Jungenpass supposed to have ended up in the hands of an SS-Brigadeführer anyway??
