First Ges.Gesch. and Assmann marked buckle

just purchased my first HJ Buckle in nickle of Klaus butchek not really my area of expertise but iv always wanted a assmann , Ges Gesch buckle cant wait till it arrives

Congrats! Looks good! I still remember where I found my example......in an antique store in St-John's Newfoundland! LOL!

a very nicely marked buckle
Assmann was super prolific and the most common marking is the A A&S RZM 17 mark.. assmann had so many marks throughout the span of the HJ buckle(33-45) maybe 20 or more!

Cool cheers chad i never new thy used so many different marks for same maker, what are the special ones i should be looking out for in all the makers the rare ones that sort of thing as buckles are not my area of expertise but iam finding my self pulled 2wards them
