    Need help! Is this HJ bicycle correct?

    Hi guys, I'm thinking in buying this bike, but I'm no specialist, and I think some parts look weird, like the blue color on the front. Is this correct? Any info on this would be very helpful. thanks in advance!

    HJ/BDM Bicycle in FULL KIT .

    I saw this photo on ebay a few weeks ago . Photo shows a bicycle used by a BDM girl with full traveling gear for a long cycling trip . If you look towards the front of the bike , you will see an HJ pennant affixed to it .
