This one is up on Winkler's update today for 30 Euro. Cheap price for a neat addition to a buckle collection I think. D.J. converted to H.J. with the eagle and motto center piece missing. It's in horrible condition but shows the conversion method pretty nicely and what was done to the buckle...

Hello gents felt like throwing down a thread on the DJ /HJ conversion buckles.. the DJ buckle started its life in 1933 as the sanctioned buckle for the 10-14 year old DJ boys. In 1938 it was decided to phase this buckle out and all kids 10-18 would wear the Hj buckle .. 3 firms were authorized...
