When I purchased my Selm I thought the pin had been replaced. A few months later Tieste had one for sale and he told me it came off of a display board (he didn’t elaborate on what type of display board). I need to contact him to get more information on it.
A 3rd one also surfaced at Rabitsons’ which collect 100 pointed out to me. The 4th one surfaced today on SMG’s site which collect 100 also told me about.
I believe there is a distinct possibility that these are in fact off of sales display boards. I tried to attach a link to the previous discussion on this but couldn’t figure out how to do it. I’m sure most of you have figured out my computer skills are lacking.
Your thoughts on this pin type please!!!!!

TOP ROW LEFT TO RIGHT Rabitsons then Tiestes.
SECOND ROW LEFT TO RIGHT SMG’s then mine

I spoke with Dante at SMG about this tinnie and he was certain that it wasn't off of a salesman's display board. In the end, we don't and probably won't ever know.

I was able to contact Tieste about the sales board theory and this was his response:

“Joe, did I answer?

It is not a sales board.

It is a board which will be shown on a show or a Representive

takes it to a customer to show him what is possible.

Regards
Reinhard”

so much for that theory.
Joe
