your suspicion was proven, this triangle is one of the rarest to find. This is the academy of Braunschweig.
This is the first time I see it on this forum in this condition.
We find a few specimens from time to time in the Militaria auctions. Here is one, sold in 2014 for 800 euros.
I have shoulder boards that match with the triangle but I still have not managed to buy one.Thanks for sharing !
