I saw this for sale. Passed on it. It doesn't have a pin on the back and no signs one was ever there? Any idea why?

I don't think we will ever know. Many of the Würzburg tinnies have a bit less solder material on the back - usually not on the HJ diamond. It is possible the pin broke off along with the solder material. If and when I sell it, it will only be listed as no pin on back...I won't pass along any guesses as to why the pin is no longer present.
