Bann 579 Flag bearer portrait

Hello all
I have this portrait and just want to fully check it on here.
I have been told the boys name is Hans Harter, D.O.B 14.7.1926
HJ- Kameradschaftsführer Bann 579, Hallein, Salzburg.
So only 1 boy per bann was allowed the arm shield, i also read that a boy was given 3 patches to put on 3 separate uniforms ?
And who was allowed to wear the gorgets?
He also seems to have a DJ rune on but HJ boards?

A little background info on the Hitler Youth Bann and Jungbann standard bearer patches and gorget.

and of course the wiki page --> standard bearer which gives more information.

The gorget was worn only by the Bann standard bearer.

The gorget indeed was for the bearer of a Bann, but photos prove also some Jungbann bearers did use it.
The order specified: Einführung von Ringkragen für Bannfahnenträger und von Armscheiben fïr die Träger
der Bann- und Jungbannfahnen.
