Thanks B. Not one that fits into the list but interesting nonetheless. This will be (Schar)1/(Gefolgschaft)4/(Unterbann) V/(Bann)B20. This Bann was also within Oberbann 2 of Gebiet Hochland so that may well be the reason for the yellow backing. After 1935 the HJ-Schar was no longer permitted to carry Schar flags.
