BDM cuff " Zivilverwaltung " for Luxembourg

Hello dear collector friends, this cuff was sold as BDM at a dealer. Is there any evidence that it is BDM? It is totally unknown to me.

The cuff says Zivilverwaltung, which is civil administration.
Have not seen this being mentioned, maybe Garry has a clue!

Oh sorry. Of course it should be called Zivilverwaltung. The translation program has translated something wrong. My English is not the best.

In general, translation programms are not good. Not at all. A simple dictionary does its work!

No, I don't see this anywhere in any of my sources as being BDM. If someone from the BDM had a role, liaison perhaps, within the Zivilverwaltung then they may have worn this but that, of course, would not make this CT "BDM". That would be like saying that there was such a thing as HJ fire hose just because there were HJ-Feuerwehrscharen.

Thanks for your opinion. Who knows where the dealer got this information from. If it were BDM, the CT would surely be in white letters.
