Hi there, the achievement badges didn't come in a case but rather a paper bag so someone has married the case and badges. What the case was originally for I don't know. The badges look fine and you have an early hollow-back HJ there. The black badges are also not easy to find. Not sure about the mini version as I have only ever seen them with RZM and maker.
