With an image that size, it could be anything.. to me, it looks like a cammo colored Jack & Jones hoody with detachable sleeves, bzw. no sleeves :swiss

May have been used before 1933 or after.
May have been used by someone in the Jungvolk.
Not an item made by regulations in the books.
Possible yes. But a non regulation item.
Some will like it others will not like it.
