Cufftile " Kriegseinsatzführer "

Hello collector friends,
Since I couldn't find anything on this subject, I would like to ask whether it was even worn by the Hitler Youth and where it was used. I can't imagine that the Hitler Youth wore such cuff titles. If so, then certainly with HJ in front of the lettering.
What is your opinion?

There is a complete chapter on the HJ Kriegseinsatz in the "Vorschriftenhandbuch der HJ" but I don't see any mention of a HJ-specific cufftitle there. There is also nothing about it in the general clothing regulations.
