Nice find Stig. As far as I know, the NS-Kulturgemeinde was a "Kraft durch Freude" institution. The HJ formalised its own cultural institution in 1938 with the "Veranstaltungsring der Hitler-Jugend". Some info (and pictures of the membership documents) here:

thanx for the link. i didn`t know these existed. i had never heard or read about the" Veranstaltungsring der Hitler-Jugend" before now. learned something today also : ) NS Kulturgemeinde was a a subdivison of KfdK (Kampfbund fur Deutsche kultur) as you mentioned.
