A DJ kid after his Pimpfenprobe, recieving his..... oh wait... sorry, it`s the normal DJ/HJ knife he is getting

They probably just ran short on stock of the "rare, limited, late war DJ Knife" or were waiting for the official bags to be printed so they gave him a standard accepted RZM pattern knife in lieu of the special "DJ" knife. Or maybe the factory was tooled up make the RPT, Olympic, and BDM knives so they had to use a standard regulation knife for the ceremony until he could get his special little knife from TW's knife shop.

Great to see they are granted with the shoulde-rbelt, as well.
I cannot remember having seen so clearly these belts with a photograph!

That's a very nice picture and some valuable historical evidence that there was no such thing as a DJ knife. On the other hand: you can't see if there is any HJ emblem fixed to the front scabbard body because they are hidden by the hand of the young lad

I already showed when this practice of putting "stuff" on scabbads was first noted, around the end of the 70`s.
