DJ Shirt markings

Has anyone ever come across this kind of markings in a DJ shirt? And if so what does it mean?

There are shirts with on the forum with similar markings but the vast majority don't show that particular area so I can't really add anything useful. Anyone?

The last two digits should be the shirt length - 95 (cm). This matches a standard neck width of 37 (cm). So this is a rather big shirt.
Here's an example of an early shirt with sewn-in cotton labels of that size (for a really small neck of 35 only).
