These triangles from my collection have an early style that was probably short-lived. I have not seen many of this kind yet. Unfortunately, I am not aware of the manufacturer of these triangles and maybe someone can say something here.

Hello,

We see here the early insignia (1933-1936) of 2 manufacturers that have certainly continued to produce until the end.

As you know, the creation of the RZM standardized productions. Despite and after that, it is possible, thanks to the RZM tag but also thanks to some details which are particular to him, to identify a manufacturer.

But ... before this standartisation, without period documents (pro-forma invoices with drawings, catalogs of the manufacturers) it is impossible to name the fabrications.

Best regards

Thank you very much for your answer " Debertex " and maybe someday documents will appear and the manufacturer can be identified.

There were only two official forms for the lettering of HJ triangles.
The first form was shown in "Bekleidung und Ausrüstung der HJ"
from January 15, 1934; the second form was as the form shown
in the Mitteilungsblatt der RZM (Herstellungsvorschriften der RZM).

All varying forms are in fact just variations from manufacturers, as
shown with some cataloques from such manufacturers. To know
the variations is so only visible by such cataloques or leaflets and
it would be an impossible task to find all of such!
I have checked
some manufacturers and most often triangles are not shown at all
and when shown the drawing is that lousy one cannot make an
opinion about it! It is not even known which manufacturers all
did produce triangles as the RZM does not give specific details
about this matter. And is the glued on RZM tag indeed one from
that specific manufacturer? Dealers used tags for all kinds of
purposes after the war.

Maybe there exists correspondence from the RJF about this, but I
have not seen any of such letters in 45 years. If such material is to
be found in some archive is the question!

I am not intending to do further research on this, as I am planning
to slow down research and writing about all kinds of TR subjects.
It is up for the younger generation to continue this and I wish them
GOOD LUCK with this!

Wow , I really love the early style triangles. Unfortunately they appear rarely on the web. Does anybody have more pics similar to the three triangles in the first row?
