Yes, very late, even too late... but probably not for the one who received it
 
Interesting that in mid-April the post office was still working properly at Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin.
I hope that the guy survived.

If the last commemorative stamps issued in the TR were stuck on there, the card would be pretty expensive.
