Can anybody tell what patch all the girls have on the lower left of their tops.

In that position it was permitted to wear a civilian club sports badge and I think that's what it is.

Maybe it is a patch from the Deutsche Arbeitsfront (as I think I see a cogwheel),
otherwise it is a patch from a concern.
