Looks fine to me Joe. Unfortunately this number hasn't been identified on my list yet but hopefully will be in time.

The enamel looks really matte on the photo Joe. Is it like that in hand?

That red enamel is very weird to say at least. What happed in the green circeled area? I see white in the red field? The red should be clear transparant like in the textbook example.

Could that just be a mistake when it was made where the white enamel spilled into the next quadrant?

The badge itself isn't in the best condition is it. Possible outdoor find?

The badge is real but I scratch my hair about the fact that the dots in the red enamel are barely visible?

It looks ok. On these (blurry) macro pictures the red enamel looks normal.
