Help needed posting photos to tinnies/day badges Data Base

I’m trying to post new photos to the Data Base but I am unable to figure out how to do it.
When I click new posts I end up here. If I go directly to the Data Base I don’t see an option for new posts. Help please.

I tested this Joe and all is working correctly. Go here and scroll to the bottom of any page and you'll see the edit box for a new post.
