I don't like it. Prior to 1935 the pennant was triangular in shape and after 1935 the BDM Schar was no longer authorised to have a dedicated pennant anyway.

Yes, not sure how regulations play out when the NSDAP changed regs so often and so many "Momma made" flags and uniform alterations. But I completely understand that everything is guilty of fraud until otherwise proven.
At this point my question is primarily directed at a further i.d. of the unit.

If you mean that you want to know something about the area your flag comes from, I have a guess:

Brambauer is located north of Dortmund.

Brambauer is a district of Lünen in North Rhine-Westphalia. It belongs to the district 1273 Brambauer. In addition to Lüner's city center, Lünen-Süd and Nordlünen, Brambauer has the function of a district center.

The place is the largest district Lünen and had on December 31, 2016 a total of 19,272 inhabitants.

I hope that this information are of help to you.
