HJ armband with nordsee stamp

Hello everyone,

I recently got this HJ armband. I did uv test checked with the rzm manual for measurements and everything seems allright.
I just have questions if this is a real armband because of its ink stamps.
I also got this document with the armband.
I dont think these two are connected though.
Can anyone help please?

The armband looks period to me. I am wary of ink stamps and don't place value on them as many are added. I would never pay more than for a standard armband personally for one with ink stamps.

I would agree with that. The armband is stamped Gebiet 7 Nordsee but the chap was born in Westfalia and the training school was also located there so there's no obvious connection between the armband and the document.
