This is out of a very old collection...Have tried to research and did find an example identical to one that sold at auction with a Weitze COA It measures 29.7mm. No maker marks..Also there is an example shown without the top cutout in the reference book "Awards Of The German Reich 1871-1945" by Andre Husken.
