Yes, clearly not for the Deutsche Jugend of course because it has "HJ" in the text but with qualification for, and awards of, the bronze and silver achievement badges continuing into 1945 who knows? This may be a very late incarnation of the mini.

I have been a collector for 50 years - and I have never seen such one in plastic. An interesting item.

If it's a whw wouldn't there be a lot of them?
And are there no books or lists with all the whw's?

I was just thinking out loud. The design of the badge makes me suspect that.

A badge made of plastic and the holder only welded into the back.

Unfortunately I don't have Mr. Tieste's books on the WHW badges.

The badge bothered me a little. Then I did a little research on the badge. Could it be a badge for the sports competitions in the Salzburg area? These took place from July 8 to 9, 1939.
