Has anyone ever seen anything like this beofre? Looks like a requirement vehicle for boys to join the motor HJ?

Very nice photos. I can just about see "WHW 1940" on the board so these chaps will be taking part in the collection drive for the Winterhilfswerk for that year.

Exactly. It says, Die Motor-HJ sammelt für das Kriegs-WHW. (The Motor-HJ is collecting for the 1940 Winter War Relief Fund)
