I would appreciate some help with this 2 sided HJ podium banner / flag. It is black on the reverse and the fringe is metallic it measures 17-3/4" wide w/o fringe and 19" top to bottom. The camera flash makes the white field look brighter than it actually is.

I forgot to mention on the reverse there is nothing it is just black. I know there has got to be some pennant / banner enthusiasts on here who can help me out with this item.

Hello Mike,
I think that your item is not a HJ Podium banner but a drum banner.
At commemorative ceremonies or important events, this banner was hung on the drum.
I like it because it is in good condition and the colors are still very bright.

Exactly what I was thinking. Has the right shape and nothing on the reverse.
 
Thanks for the replies. I did a web (google) search and the only one similar was on wittmans website but it has white string for fringe and looks like it was made yesterday. I could not find period photos of one in use.
