No one? My opinion: A Holy Cross and a HJ uniform usually don't go together (one exception: Holy Communion, a lot of photos with uniform and Scripture). The patch on his right chest, the watch fob, and the buckle make me more thinking of German Christian boyscouts or Bündische Jugend. I checked some of their logos and buckles but didn't come to a confident opinion on that due to the quality of the image, sorry.

As it has been already said: due to the quality of the image one can not be more specific. But I would not consider it to be HJ.
