Landjahr set to be framed up

Again, thanks to Joe these nice pair of Landjahr straps arrived today. Now I have all parts to create a nice Landjahr frame. Would you have any idea for something to add to the group?

Very nice Michael. You could add one of the ID booklets like this one. A 1937 ID would be a good match for your pre-1938 type 2 Landjahr straps. I think that a couple of Landjahr photos would look good with your display too.

First, there is something to exclude from this "Landjahr" frame : the "Landdienst der HJ" cuff-title !

The "Landjahr" was the name of some kind of agricultural schools all over Germany. The "Landdienst der HJ" was the possibility for young unemployed persons to have a paid job at the farm.
