I've seen this exact banner before. A great example even with the damage. I had a patch with the same pattern insignia once that appeared to be handmade for a photo album or something.

There are at least two known still in existence now . This one sold on emedals a few years ago . it is in similar condition as the one I got . I would bet they were both found in the same area .

My congratulations. I really like the trumpet banner even if it is already damaged by the moths.

Also note the moth damage to the small patch I had. Appears they like the color green!

I remember that one too Joe. It was shown on WAF some years ago by a guy who had picked up a load of flags and banners including that one. I tried to buy the landjahr and one other but he wanted too much as I remember.
