it's always a pleasure to see beautiful pictures of NPEA album.
I have some pictures and postcards from Plön, but not a complete album.
I hope you will keep it because it would really be a shame if it has to go.

Thanks, this grouping "from him" contents a few more albums (+ also albums from his sister/ RAD - Lager 7/172) with his travels through Germany, mainly München, Nürnberg, but there are the most in old postcards , in winter in the south of Germany then from his serving at the KM Art.;
the most interesting I find is the handmade travel report from the NAPOLA schoolboys about their bicycle tour in 1939 - alone , without a leader or something else !! - around north Germany ( 650 km ) , they ( 8 young NPEA guys ) reported it detailed and with pics themselves in a later selfmade booklet , nice made for 13 years old boys inthat time ( okay, one was 16 :001_rolleyes:); one of them ( Wolfgang Vormbrock , + 2014) published later also 2 pocketbooks with a few stories about that time;
and his album about this bicycle tour ( in postcards but discribed);
and his - in sütterlin - handwritten memories ( 51 p. ) about his NAPOLA Plön time
( " NPEA Plön 1943 - Jugenderinnerungen " ) and so on...

first pic= Cover sheet - bicycle-tour report
the other two are from his written memories

Hello Tom,

you have a treasure because it is very rare to have such a set of the same person.
Thank you so much for sharing!
Best regards
Eric

Thanks again, I tried to get more from one person ( also in my oher items ) , so you have the relation/connection and history there.

Here a few, later at the KM Art.

Nice and rare items ... at all in the upper half of the image :first:
( the cards with the Ehrenmal and the Kiefernkoje seems to be in "every" Napola schoolboy albums)

...and a few more

Hello Tom,

thank you for information. As for me, I already have the magazine here.
I also think that the photo on your album represents Hermann Brunk, Anstaltsleiter of the NPEA Plön.
I have some pictures of him in one of my Photo albums and this one is the clearest.
Best Regards

Eric

Yourshown last one is the pic ut of the first link above.... right??

Or you have it in original in your albums ??

I know that Oberregierungsrat Hermann Brunk held this position in 1938. But what about other years?

The Anstaltsleiter Hermann Brunk was an exception as he was remained at the head of the NPEA Plön from 1933 until 1942 at least.
His qualities were highly appreciated by the NS Party as well as in all the other NPEA institutions.
He was interned in a British denazification camp for two years in northern Germany.
After 1947, there is no more information about Hermann Brunk.
