Need help identifying pins on uniform.

I need help identifying pins on this uniform. Whenever I ask AI it says HJ, but I am not sure about that. I dont recognize the pins. I was thinking more along the line of a military school. On the back of the photo all it says is "to my brother Bruno 1945." Iv attached zoomed in photos, unfortunately the photo is a little blurry, hopefully the website doesn't make it worse. If anyone has an idea please let me know... thanks

The one at his cap looks like a tinnie.
The round one, looks like an early DJ membership badge, but all not sure...

Its too hard to tell, i still think it might be a military school, but which one, and it appears that all of the buttons match. Thats why I am asking everyone here to see if they recognize any of them, to help figure out the organization.

maybe he is involved with an attachment with Strassenbahn in some town.
He wears a Strassenbahn-car on his collar.
A military school I doubt, as I would not know which one it could be!

Do you know which one? I am having a hard time pin pointing what it is, and if I can figure it out, it might help me figure out what organization.
