I don't think I've seen one of these posted from a collection but when I compare this one to those in the period literature it seems to have been made in the same way as the Scharführer lanyard i.e. using a "Fischgräten" pattern. That is contrary to the description of lanyards for ranks/appointments higher than Scharführer (RZM manufacturing regulations) because those were made using a technique called "Klöppeln" and are not as "flat" as the Scharführer type. That alone would make me wary of this item. Also, these should be around 34cm. Perhaps it's just the photo but it looks smaller than that?
