Odd wingen youth knife

Hi all...i came across this hitler youth knife with Rzm M/7 51 of 1936 (Wingen)
Motto crispy but...why no ricasso in a 1936 knife?
Was used a unsold stock? or what?'

Yes, I would think that they were just applying the M7 markings to knives from old stock.

Nothing wrong with the knife. Not uncommon to see fahrtenmesser during this period with various ricasso/blade styles.
